The firm represents accident victims on a contingency fee basis across practice areas including car accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, workers' compensation, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury, with a track record of multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts. The Law Collective's teams are bilingual (Spanish/English) to serve clients across its markets.
Job Summary
The Pre-Litigation Attorney is responsible for overseeing the negotiation phase of cases — from opening the claim with the insurance carrier through reaching a settlement, without the need to go to trial. This role supervises the assigned Case Managers, reviews and approves their work, and negotiates directly with insurance adjusters to secure the best possible outcome for clients. When a case cannot be resolved at this stage, the Pre-Litigation Attorney participates in the handoff to litigation.
