Soul Caffeine has been serving wonderful coffee on the gulf coast for over a decade now. We take pride in serving exceptional, locally roasted, coffee and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team and help us continue delivering outstanding service and delicious beverages to our Spanish Fort community

Responsibilities

As a Barista at Soul Caffeine in Spanish Fort, your day will be filled with crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, engaging with customers to ensure they have a great experience, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You’ll be responsible for preparing drinks/food to order, handling transactions efficiently, and contributing to the friendly, upbeat environment that makes us a favorite local spot. Whether you’re greeting regulars or welcoming new faces, your role will be key to creating memorable experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people! No prior experience is required, but here’s what we value most in our team members:
