Role Description The Automobile Salesperson at Huntley Ford is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntley, IL. This position is responsible for greeting customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the process of selecting and test-driving vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include explaining vehicle features and benefits, presenting pricing and financing options, preparing sales documents, and coordinating with finance and service departments. The Automobile Salesperson follows up with prospective and existing customers to support long-term relationships and encourage repeat business. The role involves maintaining product knowledge on current Ford models, staying informed about promotions, and contributing to a professional, welcoming showroom environment.

• Candidates should possess basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership CRM and sales systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior automotive or dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate dealership vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet customer demand.
