Administrative Coordinator - Position Overview and Job Description

Key Priorities for Success

• Processes payroll on a weekly basis
• Administers and processes all 401(k) contributions and ensures all accuracy of such
• Coordinates with all respective 401k plan representatives and administrators - CMAA 401k plan and respective companies associated with it
• Assists Department Heads while working closely with the club’s payroll provider and its associated HR module to administer all new hire paperwork, post-hire paperwork, seasonal employee paperwork, compliance and regulatory laws
• May be asked to work with the respective H2B organizations to assist and help coordinate and prepare all documents associated with the H2B program
• Coordinates and works with the club’s benefits company and respective representatives to help prepare all benefit offerings and materials
• Assists employees with benefit enrollment, benefit changes or updates with the club’s third-party benefits company representative(s)
• Monitors inventory levels of all office supplies and works with accounting department on all office supply ordering
• May be assigned additional tasks and take direction as needed from the Director of Finance

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience with the key priorities for success required with industry-specific knowledge and experience a plus but not required
• A high level of attention to detail and organization
• Effectiveresponsivenessinverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
• High School or GED equivalent minimum required

Summary

Pay rate will commensurate with experience.
